I have windows 7 64 bit excel 2013 64 bit. On Mac with bootcamp installation. I don't know what Bluetooth driver it has. But looks like there is nothing in addin. I have HP printer. Not Epson printer. I installed treeplan, and eview in excel addin. I have other excel addins opend: analysis toolpack, analysis toolpack - VBA, and Solver-addin, and com add-in called Inquire, Microsoft office powerpivot for excel 2013, power view, and Team foundation add-in. I think first 3 com add-ins came as default, but team foundation add-in looks like came from sql server management. I don't care these com addins. I need to see treeplan add-in to come out every time I turn the excel. Thank you for your reply. Yes, I think it's soft disabled. And when I re-enabled, it will work. But after I restart the excel it disappear again. It's only happen to the bootcamp/mac windows version. It doesn't happen on HP windows machines. And it starts with cntlr+shift+T key short cut key combination. We figured out, other add-in, eViews, which didn't work at the first time. The new version of eViews use COM add-in instead of excel add-in. Maybe that the secret. For now, I guess I will live with using this short cut key. Now, I think we found the solution. We had solver, Analysis Toolpack, Analysis ToolPack -VBA addins at the same time. When we disable these addins, exit excel, then open excel and enable these addins, all 3rd party addins came on and stick to the ribbon.
